Job Description

Essential skills:

  • Provide technical support to internal users on IT-related issues including software, hardware, network, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, utilizing remote support tools, diagnostic utilities, and technical knowledge to resolve issues promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support or relevant teams for resolution and follow up to ensure closure.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, servers, and related infrastructure.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, backups, and system performance optimization.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and IT procurement for purchasing, licensing, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.

Nice to have skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across various platforms .
  • Advance skills in using Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, Excel and working collaboratively on platforms such as Share-Point.
  • Good knowledge of spreadsheets, Administration skills, Data entry, Document management.
  • Experience in system administration tasks such as user management, account provisioning, and access control.

  • Adyar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Azure: 1 year (Required)
  • BIOS Administration: 1 year (Required)
  • Hardware and software troubleshoot: 1 year (Required)
  • system audit: 1 year (Required)
  • sharepoint site creation: 1 year (Required)
  • Active Directory: 1 year (Required)
