We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of hands-on HR experience and will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions in a tech-driven, agile work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles
- Conduct onboarding & orientation for new hires
- Coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs
- Support performance review processes and feedback cycles
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and databases.
- Ensure HR policy compliance and labor law adherence
- Handle employee relations and grievance redressal
- Assist with payroll, attendance, and exit formalities
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist/recruitment role
- Prior experience in a tech company or startup preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to scaling HR in a startup or SaaS environment
- Understanding of tech hiring trends and challenges
